Speeding ostrich runs amok on Saudi street
Bizarre footage captured by a driver in Saudi Arabia shows a runaway ostrich sprinting down a busy main road causing traffic chaos as it overtakes and dodges cars. n the video uploaded to YouTube drivers are seen swerving and braking to avoid the 8 foot-tall bird as it darts between two lanes of traffic in Saudi’s southern town of Abha. During the clip the 400lb “road runner” is knocked to the ground by a car but quickly gets to its feet and continues running, seemingly to escape. Locals said they believed the feather-brained road user may have escaped from a nearby farm.
