A lower court has declined the case of 20 year old Egyptian Aliaa el Mahdy and her Boyfriend Karim Amer in regards to her Publishing her nude pictures on her blog.
Aliaa is accused of Blasphemy and of attacking Islam for posting the pictures on the internet
A new court case is scheduled for July 4 2012 for el Mahdy and Amer. Amer Mahdy’s boyfriend is accused of aiding and abatting Aliaa el Mahdy and encouraging her to Insult Islam by posing nude and publishing her pictures publicly on her blog.

The couple can be sentenced to 7 to 15 years in Jail for posting nude pictures of herself. The case was brought against them by three Islamic journalists accusing them of insulting Islam.
That is the Egyptian democracy demanded by the American government that brought the Islamists to power.
